What do you do when the material you need for your own work is toxic? Other Matter began inside an artistic practice imagining a post-petrochemical world, and ran straight into a contraditction: every exhibition relied on PVC decals. The solution: an algae-based, non-toxic, made to be remade material, became OM Signage Film. Other Matter Pty Ltd incorporated in 2024.
